Why did I write it?

I've spent years as an executive coach and talent development executive and I have seen the transformative impact of strategic career management on competent professional's success and satisfaction levels. I use these exercises and this framework in much of my coaching work.

Not everyone can afford a coach, or is comfortable seeking coaching. This guide isn't a 1 for 1 replacement of course, but it I hope it is an applicable and highly useful tool to help get you out of the rut and into your spotlight!
